Fashion Trends -- What's the Next Big Thing in Fashion

You'll know when people start to talk about, then wear it! There's a famous episode of a mid-fifties sitcom that shows a famous red-headed comedienne in Paris. She tries to start a fashion trend by wearing a horse feeding bag on her head and when a designer sees it, he takes up the torch and steals her idea! Anyway, fashion trends take such twists and turns that it's hard to predict what will be hot one year and what the next. You could, if you were interested, go to a few fashion shows in New York or Paris or Sydney or elsewhere, or study fashion magazines as soon as they come out. One way to buck the trend is to start your own! Find something to use in a different, but pleasing to you way, and wear it! One day you may be browsing on the Web or walking down the street, and see that someone else is wearing the same thing. You can always be a trendsetter if you put your mind to it.
